Ok shave
Very expensive. Shaving serum gives a slick shave, but it did make my skin quite sensitive afterwards. The balm is ok. It’s moistening but not soothing.

Shaving serum gives super slick shave. Can get a little too close so not suitable if you suffer ingrown hair.Â

Clean shave
The perfect pair for a wet shave. Wash and exfoliate first, then spend a few minutes with a hot towel over the face. After removing the towel, apply this ultra slick serum. The texture ensures you get the smoothest shave . The aftershave balm is fairly viscous, but it generally absorbs wellÂ

Another brilliant product set from Aesop. The bottle of serum is very small, but the liquid is very concentrated - 1-2 pumps need at most. The lotion has a really pleasing aroma and moisturises the skin well

Ultra smooth shave and amazing glide
The serum gives one of the closest shaves possible. The post-shave lotion is ok, but it is doesn't calm the skin as much as some other lotions do. I will definitely purchase the serum again, but probably not the lotion.
