Shake the bottle well to mix the bi-phase formula.
Using separate cotton pads for your eyelids and lips, saturate each pad with a small amount of remover.

Fabulous
Very luxury, non oily,removes makeup easily. Super gently on the skin, One swipe and it’s removed almost all makeup. It’s more expensive than some brands which I’ve tried but worth it.
