Nice but not sure if I’d repurchase
This shampoo (and conditioner) set is nice … you do need to really work it in to get a lather on the second shampoo … it does make my hair feel good - but I am not 100% sure if I would repurchase … I think I prefer ouai But it’s good to try it out!

A new favourite
I was intrigued by this brand and their innovative formulas, and being the first product I tried, I am not disappointed! This shampoo is gentle on my scalp but leaves me feeling super clean, I love the subtle scent to it. The cherry on top is how stunning the packaging looks on my shower shelf!

Regretfully awful
I bought this with other products in the range with high expectations but unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I watched videos, read and followed the instructions but the result was sadly awful - the products sat heavy in my fine hair and no amount of rinsing could get them out. In the end, I had to resort to washing my hair all over again with my usual shampoo and conditioner to get rid of the products. Shame as I was so hopeful but an expensive mistake!

Oh my!
I really wanted to use this a few times before giving my full verdict and it is a very good one! I am a fan of the clean formula supercharged with cold-pressed oils, it cleanses my hair really well removing all build-up without making my scalp feel dry or itchy even if I double cleanse, and my hair feels like it stays cleaner for longer. For reference, I have very damaged bleached curly hair and I usually follow with the hair mask from the same range.

Makes hair super clean
I got this in a hair edit and loved it. It takes a while to get used to how to apply but my hair has never felt cleaner. It’s not particularly moisturising but it makes my hair feel thicker and healthier. I like the herbal smell and eco credentials.

Happy Hair, Happy Scalp!
I have been loving this shampoo, and so has my scalp! This shampoo thoroughly cleans my hair and removes build-up without stripping or irritation! As someone with a dry, itchy, easily irritated scalp, I was excited to try this whole range. For the full effect, I use this product twice in a wash, and on the second you get a beautiful creamy lather. My hair looks and feels super fresh and clean and soft! It also has a beautifully soft, herby scent, which is gorgeous! Looove!

I got this in the cult hair box recently. It has a very gentle scent and has a nice texture. Definitely found shampooing twice that the product lathered up much more second time round. My hair feels soft and nice after use. Like the science behind the products.

Hydrated and shiny hair
I am incredibly fussy when it comes to my haircare products as I like the feeling of clean hair and cannot cope with product build-up or oily roots. This shampoo smells amazing and feels great to use as it creates such a gorgeous foamy lather. I've discovered that if I am applying Cold Processed Scalp Detox before washing my hair then I need to follow with a more clarifying shampoo before using my Cold Processed Cleanse Shampoo and this guarantees that I am still getting the volumised and weightless finish that I love.

Not for me
I used as directed - and double cleansed - but this was not good for my fine hair - after the second cleanse it was totally matted - i hadn’t scrubbed or done anything different in my usual “massage” as I cleansed my hair - but by the time the shampoo was gone, my hair was so stripped of any natural oils etc, and so matted together, I couldn’t get my fingers through it much less a wide toothed comb … I used the complimentary conditioner but that did give me enough hydration to be able to comb it either - I had to resort to an intensive mask, and I was eventually able to get the comb through, but… my hair feels quite brittle and “over-clean” … this one is not for me!
