gorgeous

KAYALI’s Oudgasm Tobacco Oud 04 is absolutely incredible. This fragrance is a masterpiece—rich, warm, and incredibly seductive. The blend of oud and tobacco is both intense and smooth, creating a deep, smoky allure that’s undeniably captivating. The tobacco adds a touch of sweetness and warmth, while the oud brings that rich, earthy depth. It’s sophisticated yet bold, perfect for those who love an opulent, grown-up scent that makes a statement. What sets this fragrance apart is its balance. The oud doesn’t overpower the tobacco, and vice versa. There’s a subtle hint of vanilla and spices that add complexity without making the scent too sweet. The longevity is outstanding, lasting well into the evening with just a few sprays. You’ll be smelling it on your skin for hours, and the sillage is noticeable without being overwhelming. If you’re a fan of tobacco or oud-based perfumes, this one is an absolute must-try. It’s definitely a fragrance for special occasions or when you want to feel like you’re wearing something luxurious. My only wish? It came in a 100ml bottle, because at this price, I’ll be going through it quickly

Not my favourite

TLDR: Beautiful, warm smoke and spice evening time scent, but in my opinion is better enjoyed as an elegant base to combine with other Kayali fragrances - and my suggestions 🥰 I adore Kayali fragrances, I always find myself excited by new releases from them and have a gorgeous collection and several repeat purchases. I love how they are just 'exclusive' enough that people will ask what lovely scent you're wearing, but the brand is high quality and very reasonably priced for what you're getting! Anyway, with that in mind, I had no problem paying more than usual for a 50ml of the new Tobacco Oud. I'd previously bought the Rose Oud and although I love it, it's slightly too sweet/powdery for my taste. My absolute favourite, signature scent is Kayali Invite Only, which has tobacco leaf as a component note, and when I buy fragrances for my partner I tend to get him ones with tobacco and leather, so I am quite confident that I enjoy those warm, slightly masculine edges in my perfumes! After reading reviews thought that the Tobacco Oud sounded like one I'd like, my primary thought was of mixing it with the Rose Oud to balance out the sweetness and replace it with the warmth of the Tobacco Oud, and I expected that the 'juicy mandarin', 'saffron and clove' notes would go well with the lemon and geranium in the Rose. Well - for the first time I had difficulty actually distinguishing the scent profile on application and after dry down. As expected from an Oud, and a high quality one such as these, the sweet smoky 'incense' like base came through strongly, and in my opinion was leaning towards overpowering the other components. On dry down, there was a pleasant warmth with hints of honey and mild sweet citrus. However, when applied 2 - 1 Rose - Tobacco Oud, I found it a truly lovely blend. I have also experimented with adding the Kayali Vanilla 28, which is also a great evening fragrance. My favourite combination though is the Tobacco Oud with Kayali Deja Vu - mmm, the fresh white flowers and clean crisp green leaves scent works with the creamy warmth of the oud to balance beautifully leaving you with a gorgeous, individualised perfume! I'm looking forward to trying it with others too - this is a fantastic base fragrance that's perfect for experimenting with others in your collection! ❤️

Take a minute to get used to

Initially I hated this and was ready to return it, but throughout the day it tuned into this gorgeous scent that I loved, and I couldn’t figure out what it was until I gave it another chance, wear it all the time now 😂

Headturner!

If you're looking for something sultry, sweet, rich and just drop dead gorgeous then you're looking in the right place! This is such a lovely oud, not too overbearing but strong enough for people to be chasing you down the street to ask what you're wearing! It's fast become a favourite for nights out thanks to the smokey tobacco notes in this fragrance, absolutely obsessed!!!

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could..

I don’t even know where to start with this fragrance apart from saying that I am head over heels in love. I must admit, at first I was a little unsure. However, the moment it touched my skin, it transformed. It turned into the warmest, the sexiest, the most addictive scent I have ever worn. It’s spicy and warm and rich and it totally envelops you but in the smoothest way possible. Not a single person in the office could pass me without asking what scent I was wearing - that’s a win for me!
