Warm, comforting fragrance
I bought both the Velvet and Silk Wedding Santal perfumes and absolutely love them! One star off only because I feel like they're less suited to me as the complexity of the fragrance notes are less than others in the Kayali range - my signature scent is the fantastic Invite Only. This perfume is gorgeous though in different ways, compared to the Silk version it's definitely unisex and personally I prefer more floral scents, but the lovely balance of jasmine as a top note, white musk and sandalwood as the base opens with subtle but fresh notes of the jasmine and tea leaves then dries down to the sweet and comfortable white musk, sandalwood and cedarwood, is beautiful! I've also tried it layered with the Silk version and they truly are a perfect couple, the soft, muted notes from the Velvet with the freesia, nectarine and champagne and base of sandalwood and sugared musk compliments the Velvet so much. Very glad it's now available in the 50ml size as this perfume is going to be used with the Silk Wedding Santal a LOT this summer!

Velvet Perfection
This is a velvety warm scent, the blend of jasmine and white must with the warmth of velvet sandalwood is so decadent. If you love white musk, cedarwood or sandwalwood scents usually then you will adore this captivating scent. It’s a gorgeous fragrance and a perfect combination with Silk Santal the balance of the two combined is simply stunning for layering. If you love Vanilla 28, Déjà vu White Flower or the Oudgasm juices from KAYALI then you need to try this scent. This is firmly one of my favourites so far! Absolutely devine!
