Works for me
I am a lover of a gummy supplement as usually I am terrible at remembering to take traditional tablets and find that having a box of sweeties on my desk is one of the only ways I will actually take them consistently. The taste is sweet like you would expect and I haven’t been taking them long enough to see a difference in my hair or skin but I know I will keep taking them which is half the battle for me.

Tastes Like a Treat!
This tastes like a more natural and less sugary cherry sweet so makes remembering to take a daily supplement easy and even pleasant. I love how this is truly for everyone being vegan, halal and doesn't spike insulin. Can't speak for results as with any supplement you do need to take this for a minimum of 3 consecutive months before you start really getting the benefits and then 4-6 months before you really start seeing the difference, whilst on a molecular level you are supporting healthier, stronger and firmer skin, hair and nails!

New favourite!
Having been a long term fan of one of our other gummies i was hesitant to make the switch to something but it's safe to say i am now hooked! These taste so amazing I look forward to my daily dose of Manifesto. It's been around 3 months now and my nails are super strong, my skin feels more hydrated and radiant and i've noticed a lot more hair growth with baby hairs starting to crop up.

Packed in a very cute tin which encourages me to re-fill! The gummies themselves are probably the best hair gummies I have tried. Honestly tastes like going to the shops and buying a packet of sweets - delicious. I haven't taken them long enough to feel/see results, will be back for an update! Nonetheless, I do recommend it!
