On first use: Twist stick up, then twist off the protective cap to remove and discard.
Gently swipe or swirl the stick directly onto lip and cheeks. It dries fast, so blend quickly with fingers, brush or sponge. Build to your desired payoff. Close cap back on tightly (listen for the click) and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
To completely remove stain from skin, use an oil-based cleanser.

Great for Staying Power but Tricky Application
The Milk Makeup Cooling Water Jelly Tint has quickly become one of my go-tos, especially for gym days or dates when I want a pop of color that won’t melt or transfer. The cooling effect is refreshing, and the sheer, buildable color works well for a natural, flushed look. It’s perfect for a lightweight, no-makeup makeup vibe, and I love that it lasts through my workouts. However, applying it with a brush has been a bit tricky. It tends to chip the surface of the product, leaving larger particles that are hard to blend out once it sets. When I tried picking it up with my hands first, the stain proved difficult to remove from my fingers—even with a good scrub! I recommend using a sponge or a dense brush to achieve a smoother application and avoid the patchiness or hard edges that can occur if you don't blend it quickly enough.

I haven't tried this on my cheeks as I know it wouldn't be something I would like, but as a lip stain it's fantastic. Easy to apply and layer, great colour and fades nicely too.

Nice lippie
I bought the colour splash as a lip stain and really enjoy using it. The colour stains well and stays for a while. It has no moisture though, so I have to put a gloss, oil or balm on top for moisture and a bit of shine. Haven't tried it as a blush.
