With blue and green layers (the grip phase and glow phase) both brimming with skin-friendly ingredients, the formula is activated when shaken (not stirred). Boasting blue agave extract which acts like a magnet for make up, alongside hemp-derived cannabis seed extract, dew-boosting hyaluronic acid, soothing aloe and balancing niacinamide (vitamin B3), the grip phase hydrates and refreshes whenever your skin or your look need a pick-me-up. Didn't love this one. Saw no real benefit in using this vs not using it. Didn't add an extra glow or mattify. Noted make-up separating within one hour of use or so. There are better setting sprays out there

Wanted to try MILK for years and finally snagged this as my first product. Safe to say it’s lived up the hype as a setting spray. Gives a slight dewiness, but not too much, I don’t enjoy looking too greasy or shiny. I’m not a heavy makeup wearer, so can’t comment on it from that context, but it’s deffo been sweat proof and held everything in place so far!
