Trust the process
Always repurchase this. I have very long hair and this helps condition it. The only thing is that when I apply it, afterwards it does make my hair knotty (especially during shampoo and conditioning). However, when I wash it off and dry my hair it feels a lot softer if I've used this compared to when I haven't - so I always use (hence why 4/5 stars).

Hit or miss
When I first started using this product when it was originally released onto the market via salons I was impressed! But since then I’ve had bottles that have been hit or miss, sometimes the product would work, and other times it would leave my hair a tangled dry mess. I no longer need it now I don’t dye my hair anymore but do feel they have inconsistencies with the manufacturing of this product.

I can honestly say I never noticed any difference to my hair when using this. I know people love it but I just don’t get it. I think the way it needs to be applied is inconvenient, personally I prefer K18 or living proof for bond repair
