Holy grail

I use this once per month for maintenance. I think it's best to use if you have hair that is colour treated. This isn't a har mask that will leave your hair hydrated, it's for rebuilding the bonds in the hair. My hair is less damages while I have been using this, I mainly have to cut my hair because it grows to long lol

The OG

I love this product and although there are other bond repairs on the market now, I always come back to this one

ok

I have received this in the advent calendar. I know it's a cult favourite but I don't like no 3 and prefer the moisturising version better.

Not sure

Been using it for a while, cannot see much of improvement. Not for me.

The OG.

After years of bleach and box dyes my hairdresser was afraid to touch my hair--the amount of chemical layers I had was astonishing, due to weak hair and breakage. Olaplex No.3 is raved about for a reason! Not only does it smell DIVINE, it's restored and protected my hair and basically put each delicate strand back together. Couldn't be more grateful that this product exists. <3

To this day I still haven't found anything that beats this for my bleached, pastel-dyed hair

I have pastel pink hair - so it's bleached & dyed a few times a year (3 or 4 times at most, I don't do it more often as I don't want to completely destroy it - I'd rather put up with some visibly grown roots). My hair is also curly/wavy - so naturally a bit of a drier texture. I've been using Olaplex since 2019 (ever since I went pastel pink basically) - I don't use their whole range, I just make sure my hairstylist uses the #1 & #2 in their processing, then I use the #3 at home in between salon visits. I also have their oil & their styling treatment (the bond smoother, I think it's #6). But the star here (apart from the salon treatments) is the #3 - you don't have to get anything else from their range (unless you really want to I guess), the #3 is the one that does it all. I've tried other treatments that are supposed to have the same effect (like the K18 for example), I've tried dupes (some cheaper, some more expensive) - I don't think I ever found anything that can beat this or even compare to it. Do note - this is not a hair conditioner & this is not a moisturizing mask. It might not make your hair softer from the first use... What this does is repair your hair from the inside out, protects it from further (mechanical & chemical) damage & helps it get stronger once it's been through stuff... A note I'd make is that I don't always use it as advised (this is technically a pre-wash treatment). In the first few weeks after the new bleach & dye process, I wash my hair, then I leave it on for about half an hour while I'm in the shower, then I rinse, I apply a super-conditioning mask, rinse again & that's that - works like a freaking charm, hair looks and feels healthy, strong & shiny afterwards. This is color-safe & it's a god-send for curly hair.

Great treatment

Brilliant treatment for my bleached blonde hair. I’m naturally really dark and my hair is ash blonde. No damage by using no 3 weekly.

A Hair Health Saviour

With regular use (approx weekly), I have noticed my hair has became more smoother, healthier, less frizzy and softer. This has become a firm favourite in my hair routine for many years now.  I have bought this for my family and friends who now feature this regularly in their hair care routine.
