Apply generously to damp hair from scalp to ends until hair is thoroughly saturated. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes (or longer if desired). Rinse from hair.

I’m in two minds with this product, I really wanted to love it because of the hype it’s received over the years. However I haven’t noticed any physical evidence in terms of hair loss/growth or general hair strength. My hair does feel all round healthier and softer for using it, but I’m not entirely convinced it is worth the price. I think that if you have a limited budget & you’re after a product that makes your hair feel softer and promotes hair growth you may be better off going for a hair oil. I’m a student, and money is limited so I’m not sure I’ll be buying this again as it just wasn’t as transformational as I was excepting it to be for the price. (Also I have very long hair so it is hard to make this last).
