It's a cult classic for a reason
Amazing! Always works wonders. I use the primer first, then this and tend to leave it on for a good few hours. I also use the rest of the range - but would mostly recommend this, the primer, shampoo, conditioner and moisture mask. My hair was in awful condition from bleaching, colouring, lockdown hair, plus heat damage - and this has saved it. 10/10

I really like the n03, shampoo and conditioner regime on my dry, bleached, coloured, heat processed hair. My hair really had become brittle and straw like - until I started using these 3 products. I have bought most of the rest of the range - but I find I use the 3 main ones as a staple in my haircare regime. It's definitely made a notable difference - even my hairdresser made note of it and could tell! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone (and have done!). My only downside is the price - but I guess that's to be expected for premium beauty.

The only thing I can say against this product is the price point in general - but it is worth every penny (sadly) otherwise I wouldn't have bought the big bottle. I prefer to use it together with the 0 version and also the shampoo and conditioner. It really does make a difference - especially if you dye your hair regularly.

Really helped hydrate my hair
This works well but it needs to be used consistently, which I’m not so good at doing (i probably use it around once to twice a month). I have fine hair that is sensitive to being blow-dried and gets frizzled and dry even when blow-drying twice a week for a short period of time on low heat. I have previously used it with the No. 0 and am undecided whether it works better with that. It doesn’t weigh down my hair and my hair feels softer after use. I often leave it on for a 2-3 hours to maximise the effect, but it can be left on for only a few minutes.
