Start by using spatula to scoop the balm. Follow up by applying a small amount directly on skin, even your eyes, massaging in circular motions. Too thick
This is nice enough, but I find you need quite a lot of product as it's very thick, and doesn't melt as much as other balms. I wouldn't use as a last cleanse, as it's quite heavy and leaves a residue. I wouldn't repurchase.

Smells nice but difficult to emulsify
It does smell very nice and it melts well and feels nice to massage into the skin. But it is so difficult to emulsify and wash off unless I use very hot water, which I don't enjoy doing, and I have to double cleanse or my skin is left with a layer of oil. I wouldn't get it again, there are much nicer available that are also cheaper.

Great cleanser but can be difficult to fully rinse off
Really lovely textures balm with a gentle scent. My skin has been super sensitive recently (perimenopause) and had flared up and this was one of the few products it tolerated. Cleanses everything well even waterproof mascara. However I do feel it can be difficult to rinse off completely and I feel I have a little residue left on my skin so end up doing a second cleanse, even if I don’t need it.
