Good mascara but can clump
I end up buying this now and again, initially it’s great and goes on well and gives lots of volume but after a while the formula seems to go clumpy in the tube and doesn’t apply well after that.

Price, packaging and formula downgraded
I used to love this mascara. It has been my go to for years but this time when it came I realised the price is the same but you get less product. The packaging is also really cheap now. I loved the heavy bevelled tube it used to be in. Worst of all it now smudges everywhere. There was a streak of it transferred to my nose in work which was embarrassing. I’m so disappointed. Now to hunt for a cruelty free alternative that doesn’t smudge.

Decent mascara
I have mixed feelings with this mascara as I do like it most of the time but sometimes it does go clumpy on my lashes! It wears well throughout the day and does make my lashes look super long, I probably won’t repurchase but this may work perfectly for others!

Disappointed with the smaller size for the same price
Very disappointed that for the same price this mascara is now 20% smaller. The packaging also feels much cheaper. For the premium price milk are charging for this I am really disappointed. I’ve been purchasing this mascara for years but will probably try a different brand next which doesn’t short change loyal customers to maximise their profits.

Love it… but…
This is a lovely mascara that lifts and defines my lashes. I am however a little disappointed that the larger size has gone down from 10ml to 8ml but the price remains the same, and the packaging, whilst it’s still good, isn’t the same as previously ordered in the past which was the bit I loved most

Great mascara, gives good volume and doesn’t look clumpy. One slight criticism as that I can find it does smudge slightly onto the under eyes if it’s been on four hours but otherwise great
